It's about having a plan, the proper tools, and listening to your body. That's why we started the Thrive Journal: a simple framework designed to help you discover the healthiest version of yourself.
What you're looking at isn’t just a notebook, though. It’s a mission, and the philosophy is simple: to empower you to live a healthier, happier, and more active life. In the Thrive Journal pages you won’t find any fad diets or complex workouts. Instead, each page is designed with a set of simple tools to help you take control of your own well-being, so you can start creating new habits that will set you up for a lifetime of health. We hope that by using the journal each day, you’ll start to understand that you have a powerful ability to impact the way that you think and feel.
The Thrive Journal wouldn't be possible without the support of so many people. The first drafts were posted into an online forum, and it grew from there to a Kickstarter that funded in 2017. It was the encouragement from so many that pushed us to pursue this fully, their feedback that helped make the product the best it could be, and their support for bringing it all to fruition.
