Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We ship to most destinations around the globe. Please note that delivery times will vary depending on your location.

How long does delivery take?

We partner with the United States Postal Service and DHL to get your product to you quickly and efficiently. That typically takes about 7-14 business days, and you can always tracking it by using the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your order heads out into the world. Please note that shipping may take up to two weeks in some cases.

How much does shipping cost?

Worldwide shipping starts at just $6.00. We ship to almost any destination worldwide, and most weekday orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

What's your return policy?

We love the product we've made, and we think you will too. If, however, you find that you're unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. All returned products must be returned unused; after we've received your return, we will email you with the details of your refund. 

Do not return the items to the address on the return label. Please contact us first at with your order number.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Will I have to pay duties/VAT on international orders?

Because we ship globally and duties/taxes are different in each country, we cannot retain additional duties/VAT in a manner that is accurate and/or fair for each order. Any applicable duties/VAT are therefore the responsibility of each customer. If any duties are applicable, these may be charged at the time of receiving the package. To check whether or not there are duties/VAT charged at the time of receiving your package, please contact your local post office.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Oops! We've done our best to ensure a safe delivery, but sometimes mistakes happen. If your item has a defect, please send a picture of the defect to with your order number. This way we can save you a trip to the post office.

I purchased a physical journal. Do I still get the PDF version?

Absolutely! The full PDF version will be sent to your email following your purchase, regardless of order quantity.

Can I use fountain pens with my Thrive Journal?

Definitely! We use high-quality, 100gsm acid-free paper so you can use most fountain pens without risk of it bleeding through.
